• VigiGym is intended as a workout tracking tool.
• You are responsible for your own health and safety when performing exercises.
• The App does not provide medical advice. Always consult a physician before beginning any training program.

2. Subscriptions & Payments

• Some features of the App are available via auto-renewable subscriptions.
• Payments and renewals are managed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings.

3. Intellectual Property

• All content, design, and code of the App are owned by VigiGym.
• You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App without prior written permission.

4. Limitation of Liability

• VigiGym is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
• We are not liable for injuries, damages, or losses that may result from the use of the App.

5. Changes to Terms

• We may update these Terms from time to time.
• Continued use of the App after changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
